Team
Operator-led, and verifiable
Factarize is operator-led. The people below have built, sold and licensed technology products, and that experience is what the firm contributes alongside its capital.

Rushit Jhaveri
Co-founder
Rushit works on the commercial side of Factarize: how a technology reaches a market, what it is worth to the people who buy it, and what rights have to be settled before any of that is possible. His background is in content licensing, branded entertainment and monetisation, working with media businesses on how catalogues and formats are distributed and paid for. At Factarize he leads commercial strategy and the rights and IP work, and is usually the first person a founder speaks to about whether a product has a route to market. He is based in Singapore and works across the company's investment assessment, capability engagements and partnership development.

Randeep Melhi
Co-founder
Randeep leads the technical side of Factarize's work: assessing infrastructure, evaluating what a team has actually built, and judging whether an architecture survives the demands placed on it. His background spans token security, blockchain systems and growth, and he has spent several years assessing the tooling that content and enterprise businesses are asked to depend on. At Factarize he leads technical diligence across the firm's focus areas, from AI deployment and evaluation infrastructure through to settlement, custody and provenance systems. He is based in Singapore and works with founders on architecture, security posture and the engineering questions that determine whether a product is enterprise-ready.

Nadya Ng
Business Development
Nadya works on how Factarize and the companies it backs reach the market: which customers to approach, what they respond to, and how a partnership moves from an introduction to something commercial. Her background is in business development, marketing and consumer insight, with a focus on how emerging technology products find their first buyers. At Factarize she leads partnership development and market research across Singapore and Southeast Asia, and works with portfolio companies on positioning and early go-to-market. She contributes the regional commercial context behind the firm's Asia market access work, and writes on where enterprise demand is actually emerging.

Joseph Shaw
Operations and Product
Joseph works across product and operations at Factarize, covering the ground between an assessment and something a company can act on. His background is in product management and backend engineering, with experience in blockchain systems and in taking technical products from prototype to production. At Factarize he supports technical evaluation, builds the internal frameworks the firm uses to assess adoption readiness and governance, and works with founders on the operational questions that surface once a product meets its first real customers. He is based in Singapore.
