Client Success Manager

Based in: Singapore

Work Experience: 5-7 Years

Employment Type: Full-time Contract

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic client success manager to help us manage and expand our clientele. The past year in the world of crypto, Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs), and even decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), have highlighted a tremendous opportunity to grow the connection between content creators and their platform of choice. 

​

As part of this team, you will focus on expanding the Factarize ecosystem to help media companies and content creators capitalize on emerging technologies, including NFTs and the Web 3.0 space.

​

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define, communicate, and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for Web 3.0 at Factarize. Drive the broader creator industry forward by exploring opportunities for partnership, open standards, and interoperability.

  • Represent Factarize at executive level discussions, external organizations, and industry events, and in senior level conversations with industry partners and executive teams.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Client management experience with a focus on digital or crypto.

  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, consensus mechanisms, NFTs and other Web 3.0 technologies.

  • Experience in buying, owning and trading cryptocurrencies, NFTs and tokens.

  • Experience in people management and scaling teams, and experience leading cross-functional product initiatives.

Required Education: Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

We are looking for a professional operations manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

 

You will be responsible for helping Factarize by providing inspired leadership for the operation of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives

  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

  • Manage budgets and forecasts

  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

  • Recruit, train and supervise staff

  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

  • Experience budgeting and forecasting

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Leadership ability

  • Outstanding organizational skills
